Downstairs is interesting. It was once a garage, and could be a great private bedroom - I see vents so I'm guessing it's heated and cooled. There's also a separate basement/wine cellar/storage room. You get a shaded patio for BBQs or outdoor elevated dining, you could install a hot tub, or maybe just take great afternoon naps!
